1. General

1.1 This document sets out the principles by which Noa Dershowitz, designer and owner of the Mosbacher studio (hereinafter: "the studio"), handles personal information in the course of her work. It explains how personal information is received, how it is used, and how it is protected and kept. Its terms form an integral part of the terms of use of the site. All definitions and terms in this privacy policy have the meaning given to them in the terms of use, unless the context requires otherwise.

1.2 The studio regards the protection of your privacy as a core value, and respects the privacy of its customers in all the services it provides, including the websites it operates, and of the users who visit the site or use the studio's services. This document is meant to ensure that information is handled with full disclosure, with full responsibility and in accordance with the law, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its Amendment 13. Users under the age of 18 are advised to consult a responsible adult before using the site.

1.3 The studio may update this policy from time to time. An updated version will be published on the site, will take effect on the date of publication and will bind the user. We recommend reviewing this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site and/or the services after this privacy policy is updated constitutes and indicates the user's agreement to the updated policy, including its changes.

1.4 The purpose of the terms in this privacy policy is to describe, among other things, how the studio uses information provided to it by users when using the site and/or other services offered by the studio, including digital invoices and/or signing up to a mailing list and/or when providing information through the site, including the collection of information from users, as well as how the user uses the content on the site and other information collected and kept in the studio's databases for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

1.5 Use of the site is subject to this privacy policy and indicates your agreement to it and to its changes; the studio therefore recommends reviewing the privacy policy from time to time.

1.6 Information that the user provides to the studio and/or that is collected by the studio in connection with the user will be kept in the studio's databases, which the studio controls. The user is under no legal obligation to provide any information, and providing it depends solely on the user's will and consent. Without it, however, the studio may not be able to provide services to the user. If the user does not agree to providing the information or to its processing, they should refrain from or stop using the studio's services.

1.7 Information will be used in accordance with the purposes of these databases, with this policy and/or the specific policy of the service or application the user is using, and in accordance with the law.

1.8 Information provided means any data relating to an identified or identifiable person, such as name, address, email address or ID number, in accordance with the definition of "personal information" in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Protection of Privacy Law").

3.5 If a user shares with the studio, through the studio's tools including the website, personal information about any third party (for example family members or friends, for gifts or recommendations), the user must inform those people before the information is given to the studio and obtain their consent to its provision and to the uses made of it under this privacy policy. For the avoidance of doubt, users declare and confirm that they have, and will have at all times, all the consents required for this.

3.6 For the avoidance of doubt, this policy applies only to personal information as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law. Where information about users is collected in a way that does not identify them directly and amounts to non-identifying or aggregate information, the studio may make any possible use of it.

5. Transfer of information to third parties

5.1 The studio may transfer personal information to third parties to fulfil the permitted purposes, in accordance with the law, with your consent or in accordance with this policy. 6.1 Please note that the services provided by the studio use information-collecting software, cookies and similar tools, such as pixels, SDKs and Google Analytics (together: "cookies"), for their regular and proper operation and to secure the data and the information provided, including to collect statistics about the use of the services, to make decisions about the user's profile and/or activity, to verify details and identify users, to prevent fraud, to improve the experience of using the services by tailoring the content and services to your personal preferences, to characterise products, to tailor relevant advertising and content to the user, for statistical, research, marketing and commercial purposes, and for information security.

6.2 In general and in brief, cookies are text files, tiny graphic images, pieces of code and the like that the user's browser or app creates at the command of the studio's computers. Some cookies expire when you close the relevant application, and others are kept in the memory of the user's device and of the studio.

6.3 Cookies contain and collect various information, such as the pages the user visited, the time spent on the studio's sites, the user's IP address, the characteristics of the user's device and more. Cookies may also keep information about the user's browsing habits on other sites, including the sites visited, the pages on them and any other action there.

6.4 Cookies on the site may also come from third parties, for example Google cookies embedded through Google Analytics and/or tools of Facebook that the studio uses.

6.5 For more information about the use of cookies by third parties, you may contact those third parties directly and ask for the user's details to be removed, should you wish to remove yourself from the use of these or similar tools.

6.6 The user may change the settings of their browser and block cookies stored locally on their device. In that case, some services may not work properly, in whole or in part (for example, automatic identification, usage preferences or language may not be saved). Changing the browser settings is the user's sole responsibility. Please note that disabling cookies may prevent the user from using some of the services. In addition, deleting existing cookies does not affect information already saved in cookies, with the studio or with third parties.

The servers are isolated from the internet by several layers of protection, and ongoing controls are applied.

For the avoidance of doubt, the studio will not be liable to the user for any damage caused in cases of disclosure or use of information resulting from unauthorised intrusion, as long as reasonable information security measures were taken.
